We now accept most major insurance plans and offer flexible options for out-of-network patients, including potential discounts in certain cases. Navigating insurance and payment can feel overwhelming, so we’re committed to simplifying this process, ensuring it’s as stress-free as possible.

In-Network Service

We’ve partnered with Headway, a trusted mental health platform, to streamline access to care and simplify insurance navigation for both our team and our patients. This collaboration allows us to focus entirely on delivering personalized, high-quality care tailored to your needs while empowering you to prioritize your well-being by easing the complexity of administrative tasks.

After booking an appointment, the Headway team will contact you via email to help set up your account. They’ll assist with:

  • Adding insurance and payment details securely.

  • Reviewing expected session costs upfront.

  • EExploring your benefits through the Headway client portal for full transparency before your first visit.

This ensures you can approach your care journey with confidence, knowing the logistical details are handled.

Out-of-Network Services

If we’re out-of-network with your insurance provider, we can still provide treatment and issue a superbill after each session. A superbill is a detailed invoice containing diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and other necessary information to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. While we’re happy to provide this documentation, please note:

  • Reimbursement decisions rest solely with your insurer.

  • As an out-of-network patient, you’re responsible for submitting the superbill and following up with your insurance company regarding claims.
